I've been going to Dental Spa for many years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The "spa" part of the name isn't important to me - I don't personally go there to be pampered (although being able to watch ESPN while getting my teeth cleaning is definitely a perk.) I go to Dental Spa because every single person who works there is extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. They are prompt, run on time, ask great questions, and provide honest, tactful advice.

Dental Spa. The best in the business. If you want an honest doctor who takes pride in what she does, look no further. Dr Amy is wonderful, and her staff is incredible too. For the last nine (ish) years, Dr Amy has taken care of all my dental needs-routine cleanings, emergency care, and cosmetic dentistry. I never thought I would overcome my childhood fear of the dentist, but I look forward to all my appointments at Dental Spa.

This was my first experience with Dental Spa, and I was truly impressed! The office itself is beautiful and relaxing! Hence the name “Dental Spa”. Nothing like a typical uninviting clinical dentist office. If the ambiance doesn’t put you at ease, the staff sure will. All the staff I encountered were terrific to work with, and good customer service is becoming very difficult to find these days. Dr. Marckese was very thorough in her exam and explained things in great detail. She didn’t try to sell me on costly procedures I didn’t need, but rather gave me options that made sense and fit my budget. This is probably the first time I actually look forward to going back to the dentist, so 5 stars is well deserved!

My husband has been Dr Amy’s patient for 11 years. I had switched jobs and loved the dentist I had switched to a couple of years ago, and was adamant on not switching again. I agreed with my husband to finally try his dentist since it was more convenient. Absolutely the best decision ever. Absolutely recommend. You won’t regret it. So welcoming and first visit I felt like I have been a long time patient and very personable and make you feel like part of the family. Dr. Amy and her staff are incredible

I work in health care, and because of the stress, I developed TMJD. With the combination of Botox and the sleeping guard developed by Dr. Marckese, I am FINALLY pain-free! The staff is also incredible. They’re attentive and friendly. Can’t recommend enough!!

Tried finding new dentists over the years, but stopped going to the dentist for over two years because of multiple bad experiences. Always hated the dentist, but once my wife made me try this place out, they blew me out of the water from the first second I walked in the building. It is a very low-stress environment, and each staff member shows quality service in every area. Because my previous dentists were high-stress and fast-paced, I would be so stressed going to the dentist for anything. They take their time, and it has been a very comfortable experience.

Just had my cavities filled, and I had a great experience. The nurse and dentist were nice and friendly. They were welcoming and offered me a blanket, a massage, TV options, and a smoothie. Will for sure be coming back as I had a great service with a stress-free atmosphere where I felt right at home.

I visit the office a couple of times a year for treatment of my TMJ disorder. My Botox injections are easy, virtually painless, and I’m always in and out quickly. Everyone is always so upbeat and kind. The office is calming and clean.

As someone who used to loathe the dentist, I mean it when I say this office is different. Looking forward to a dental visit seems crazy, but I do! The warm smiles I have known for years and the welcoming atmosphere invite you in. The ladies here care so much about you, and it’s not just a job for them; they truly love being there, and it makes a huge difference. The personal care I have received is above and beyond from Dr. Marckese. I really never want to go anywhere else….who would when a visit to the dentist feels like a visit with friends?

Dr.Amy was fantastic!! I had a broken tooth, and she got me in quick for a crown. They offered a foot or hand massage and smoothies after! Not to mention the staff was wonderful! Great experience!

Dr. Marckese has been my dentist for 6+ years now at Dental Spa. Dr. Amy and her team, especially Dawn, her Office Mgr., are five-star, first-class. Dr. Amy looks at your entire dental needs, especially cosmetic and treatment plans. I recently had a front veneer (done by a previous dentist) have an issue prior to my daughter’s graduation from college. Would not be pretty in photos. Dawn scheduled me immediately and is working with new insurance to plan for less out of pocket. The new office is amazing at Lakefront at Keystone. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dental Spa for all of the 16 years I have lived in the Indianapolis area. They have recently moved to the new location in Keystone. It's beautiful!! Dr Amy and her team have always been fantastic. They help keep my teeth healthy, they've made my smile prettier with the little enhancements I was looking for, and Dr Amy IS my Botox go-to. She pays attention to the details, does superior work, and will give you honest opinions. This team is kind, efficient, makes a person feel pampered, and they care about each client. A bonus is that you can have a hand or foot massage during your cleaning.

Love the dental spa! The people and location are awesome! I’ve had composite work done on a front tooth, deep cleanings, SureSmile trays to straighten my teeth, and a new wire retainer installed on the bottom teeth. I’m so happy with my teeth. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, but Doctor Amy and her team give me ZERO anxiety. And I LOVE my hygienist Katie. I always look forward to seeing her.

I discovered the talented and compassionate professionals at Dental Spa soon after they opened 20 years ago and have followed them to their new convenient location. Dr Amy has treated me through a myriad of dental issues throughout that time and helped me take better care of my teeth and gums. The professional staff and office manager are a joy to work with and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I love coming to Dental Spa. It's truly a spa experience just at the dentist. I have been coming for years now, and every visit, the staff are so warm and inviting. Casey and Christine give the best hugs, convos, and chair-side attention at every visit. Dr. Marckese is the best as well. She's extremely knowledgeable and will only recommend services needed instead of creating issues where there are none to rack up your bill. I have referred colleagues and friends as well who are patients. :) I never thought I would truly enjoy going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to it. Everyone deserves to feel a comfortable experience instead of chaos and fear. :) Also....The new location is gorgeous, too!

I've been going to Dental Spa for about 10 years now and have only had positive experiences. Dr. Amy ensures your experience is as painless as possible, and the whole staff is welcoming and friendly. I haven't had any procedures since they fixed all my cavities over the first couple of years. Following their cleaning advice has kept me cavity-free for years.

My outlook on the dentist has changed! Normally, I’m really tense and anxious about the dentist because in the past, the techs have been too rough or didn’t listen. The staff was so nice. Dawn showed me around and was very welcoming. She offered me a nice blanket when I went back for my appointment. The complimentary spa services are a nice touch to an already great business! Dr Amy was nice, informative, and personable. I have already told 2 of my coworkers about my experience, and the day is not over.
